Define project scope, goals, and deliverables supporting business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Establish project quality expectations. Develop project plans and communication documents. Communicate project expectations effectively to team members and stakeholders. Liaise with project stakeholders regularly. Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals; recommend budget adjustments as needed. Negotiate with department managers for personnel acquisition if required. Assess need for additional staff or consultants and recruit during the project cycle. Manage project expectations continually. Delegate tasks appropriately. Identify and resolve issues within the project team. Manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones. Track milestones and deliverables. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations. Analyze results and troubleshoot problems. Manage scope changes, identify crises, and devise contingency plans. Define success criteria and communicate throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor and motivate project team members and contractors. Build and grow vital business relationships. Conduct post-project reviews and create recommendations. Develop best practices and tools for project management. Use company software to track project costs. Maintain client relationships, lead proposals, and participate in interviews. Qualifications Degree or diploma in architecture, engineering, or construction management. Knowledge of building design, construction, and systems. Experience in master planning, budgeting, and scheduling. 10+ years in project management roles. Certifications like LEED AP, PMP, PE, or CMAA preferred. Familiarity with project management software (Microsoft Project, Project Wise, Newforma). Experience in personnel management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across locations. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines. Work Conditions Overtime may be required. Sitting for extended periods. Dexterity for operating computer devices. Participation in training, presentations, and meetings. Some travel may be necessary.
