The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Paramedic for a fixed-term contract, commencing in September, to support a windfarm project in Hyden, WA. This role involves establishing and managing an onsite medical clinic and providing primary healthcare support to site personnel. This is a Drive-In, Drive-Out (DIDO) position with accommodation provided for the duration of the contract. Key Responsibilities: Deliver frontline emergency medical response and patient care Manage a variety of clinical situations in often remote or challenging environments Collaborate with local health teams, hospitals, and community responders Ensure accurate clinical documentation and adherence to protocols Ability to set up a medical clinic Embody St John's commitment to professionalism, compassion, and safety Requirements: Current AHPRA Qualifications - no conditions Bachelor Science (paramedical science) (minimum) with ideally post graduate studies Full C Class drivers licence - no restrictions Minimum 2 years' experience as a Paramedic in Industrial environments preferably mining /remote locations or on road Permanent working rights in Australia Successfully applicant will need to provide a satisfactory police clearance issued within 3 months Current Advance Life Support 2 Collect Specimen for Drug and Alcohol abuse (HLTPAT005) - willing to obtain White Card - willing to obtain Free emergency ambulance cover Free CPR / Provide First Aid training Major Incident Medical Management and Support Training, Ride-along and other training opportunities Free Mental Health Furst Aid training Salary packaging Uniform supplied Staff discounts on Health Insurance and a range of consumer products If you are a dedicated Registered Paramedic with a passion for delivering exceptional healthcare services, we want to hear from you.
