The Program Manager - AI is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of product development projects that result in new products or feature additions or enhancements to existing products. Acts as lead with Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Sales, as well as Service to establish and manage project plans to meet commitments and company objectives. Facilitates the resolution of conflicts in the areas of product definition, project strategy and resource deployment. Ensures compliance with established procedures for product development in a regulated environment. Manages all Program Management trainings and execution for the global teams. Company Overview

Essential Job Functions: Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Manage the on-going execution of the product development project plan through leadership of the cross-functional project team and in compliance with QSR820.1 (FDA medical device) requirements. Build and lead a Programs team focused on growth core company objectives. Engage with business stakeholders to understand use cases, define requirements, and perform business analysis. Apply project management discipline to develop plans, define scope, document requirements, and manage budget/schedule/resources for a complex group of projects. Use best-in-class project management techniques to achieve project goals on time with a high level of quality, while managing expectations of stakeholders. Work collaboratively with other Program Managers and Engineering leaders toward common Engineering vision and goals. Drive the tracking and management of roadmaps, project schedules, risks/mitigation plans, deliverables and KPI's. Communicate program status, program readiness, business and technical issues, risks and their resolution across Engineering, including senior management. Serve as a facilitator/mediator across departments, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle. Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computers Science discipline, or equivalent experience. 3-7 years of experience in product development from concept development to production release. Proven record of managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization with key deadlines, with changing project scopes. Experience with new product development of software and hardware in regulated development environment. Skills and Abilities: Ability to lift 25lbs with or without accommodations. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills. Strong leadership skills; self-starter, good listening skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. A proven track record of positively managing conflict. Proficiency with MS Project, Project online experience desired. PMP or equivalent project management certification desired. Experience with Earned Value Management desired. Power BI experience desired. Leading AI development projects through FDA clearance. Salary and Benefits: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00/year + variable bonus opportunity (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range). Retirement Plan (401k): 4% automatic Company contribution; Fujifilm matches 50 cents for every dollar you contribute, up to 6% of your salary. Paid Time Off: You can accrue up to three (3) weeks of PTO in your first year of employment; PTO increases based on years of service.
