Job Description The D365 Fusion Program Manager will lead the enterprise-wide implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), overseeing multiple functional workstreams and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership & Governance Lead the full lifecycle of the D365 implementation program, including planning, execution, and stabilization across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and other workstreams. Establish and manage program governance structures, including Steering Committees, PMO reporting, and risk/issue management. Define and track program KPIs, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines. Business & Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with executive sponsors, department heads, and business process owners (BPOs) to define requirements and transformation objectives. Ensure business readiness through structured change management, training, and communication strategies. Facilitate alignment between business and technical teams to ensure a unified approach to solution design and delivery. Vendor & Partner Coordination Manage relationships with implementation partners, system integrators, and Microsoft representatives. Oversee vendor deliverables, contract compliance, and performance against the Statement of Work (SOW). Coordinate across vendor teams to resolve issues, manage dependencies, and ensure quality assurance. Program Execution & Delivery Drive execution of all phases of the D365 program: discovery, design, build, test, deploy, and post-go-live support. Ensure integration across workstreams and alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards. Lead cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support to ensure a smooth transition This role requires hands-on experience managing D365 implementations and will serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business stakeholders, and external vendors. The ideal candidate will bring - 10+ years of experience in program or project management of large-scale ERP implementations. Hands-on experience managing end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementations. Experience in enterprise-wide ERP transformation and governance . Prior experience in working with or managing system integrators, Microsoft partners, and vendors . Strong understanding of program governance (Steering Committees, PMO reporting, risk & issue management). Experience in setting and tracking KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and business outcomes . Proficiency in cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare support . Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies used in ERP rollouts. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills for cross-functional alignment . Experience in leading change management, training, and communication strategies during system transformation. Solid understanding of D365 modules and capabilities , particularly in Finance, Supply Chain, and HR. Ability to coordinate multiple functional and technical workstreams and manage interdependencies. Familiarity with Microsoft project management tools and productivity suite (MS Project, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience using program tracking/reporting tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Manassas, VA .
