We are looking for a detail-oriented and focused
DNOVA Creative Center (DCC) Site Coordinator
to be responsible for coordinating an after school program at the DCC. The DCC Site Coordinator responsibilities include developing, scheduling, and facilitating programming; coordinating/supervising mentors, tutors, guest speakers and workshop providers; site operations, logistics and maintenance; ensuring a safe environment and supporting students among other duties.
A successful DCC Site Coordinator should be meticulous about keeping records; be able to communicate effectively and connect with constituents; and be passionate about the mission of the organization and about supporting the community. You should uphold the values of our organization while ensuring the comfort of our team. This position reports directly to the DCC manager. This position requires traveling within Carmel, Indiana.
RESPONSIBILITIES Make sure the site is compliant with licensing and safety requirements (ratio, postings, etc) Maintain the site inventory and adequate levels of stocking. Provide awesome customer service to subscribers and their families. Maintain the DCC space in a neat and orderly manner. Maintain staff and student files for licensing. Develop, schedule, and help facilitate programming, workshops and lessons. Coordinate/supervise mentors, tutors, guest speakers and workshop providers. Track student attendance and verify staff hours. Monitor visitors that come into the building, following safe plan set by DCC Manager. Enforce site and company policies. Reliable, on time, and ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent. Facilitate training for staff.

HOURS Afterschool Operations: 3:00 PM - 8:30 PM; M-F

QUALIFICATIONS
The DCC Site Coordinator will be thoroughly committed to DNOVA Institute's mission.
Demonstrable experience and other qualifications include: At least two years of college. B.S. or B.A. degree preferred. Must have experience working with youth and parents. Practicing experience with program coordination/management, supervision, education, teaching, and development preferred. Experience serving and working with various community populations (e.g. children, youth, adults) preferred. Experience with grant writing, fundraising, donor engagement a plus. Unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Marketing experience with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and cultures preferred. Action-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and innovative approach to solve challenges. Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people, as well as independently.
