Flagler Health+ . Job Overview: Reports to the Systems Application Manager. The Programmer Analyst analyzes user or business needs and provides technical support for Information Systems, including coding, designing, implementing, and debugging programs. Conducts research on system upgrades to assess feasibility, cost, time, and compatibility. Serves as the primary resource for project implementation, addressing goals, deadlines, testing, and post-live support. Develops recommendations based on functional specifications and user discussions, utilizing delivered functionality to minimize customizations. Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Allied Health, Computer Science, or related field; or two years of specialized training in an applicable field. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field. Skills: Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment, clear communication, interpersonal skills, and project management. Required Licenses/Certifications: Relevant license if applicable. Experience: Minimum five years in an IT-related role.
