Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned
Project/Program Manager IV
to join a high-impact innovation center focused on artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML). This role involves managing complex projects from inception to completion, setting timelines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress against milestones. The successful candidate will be comfortable interacting with technical staff, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering high-visibility outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the coordination and execution of AI/ML-related programs and projects Set deadlines, manage task assignments, and track deliverables Interface with engineering and technical teams to ensure alignment Report project/program status and outcomes to senior leadership Use creativity and experience to solve complex problems and unblock teams Ensure clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle Must-Have Qualifications 4+ years
of project or program management experience Proven track record managing projects in technical or innovation-focused environments Experience working with or supporting
AI/ML
initiatives Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience Preferred Qualifications Experience working with highly technical teams (developers, data scientists, etc.) Background in emerging technology or innovation labs Familiarity with agile methodologies Work Environment & Perks Work on cutting-edge AI/ML programs Collaborative, innovation-driven team culture Flexibility for hybrid work Opportunity for extension or full-time conversion #LI-MS1
