Supply Chain Project Coordinator
for the Supply Chain organization, you would be part of analyzing their ordering and delivery processes, specifically focusing on order and delivery optimization, as well as a new initiative for a growing customer base. You will identify, distinguish, and analyze multiple components of a problem and then make conclusions using high-level quantitative skills to help drive projects and bring value to this Fortune 20 Retail client. This team is constantly growing due to the nature of the business and the need for speedy logistics. Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: Provide project coordination for a new initiative, encompassing planning, tracking, communication, and other key activities. Specifically manage the internal processes around order coordination, inventory distribution and customized delivery to customers. Manage customer communication post order creation via talk and text conversations. Identify trends in consumer lifestyle and technology; conduct customer focus groups and analyze/synthesize findings. Scan business/industry trends; scan competitive landscape Analyze supply chain data and visualize findings Provide input on strategy based on knowledge of industry and technology trends. Provide customers with specialized information from a variety of resources. Facilitate problem-solving sessions with multiple groups of people. Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years of professional experience Experience managing projects with timelines and stakeholder communication Work experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, auditing, and/or forecasting. Google Big Query and SQL experience a plus Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or similar bachelors degree preferred Seniority level
