Project Manager , you'll oversee high-end residential New Construction and Retro projects ranging from $1M to $10M in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. From pre-construction to punch list and closeout, you’ll drive each project to successful, on-time, on-budget completion—while maintaining a gold-standard quality and client satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum 2 years
of experience as a Project Manager for a General Contractor A degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent technical training/experience (PREFFERED) Proven
high-end residential construction
background (luxury homes a must!) New Construction experience Experience in Procurement a PLUS! Fluent in English (spoken and written) Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a PLUS!
