40.00 Shift:
1st shift Description: Support multiple simultaneous complex projects with experience in project coordination on medium to large system projects. Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure documentation deliverables meet project timelines. Top Skills Needed: Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, team experience of 10+, multitasking, independence, quick learner, analytical skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project), product requirements tracking tools (TFS, DOORS), and SAP. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Sciences preferred. Open to entry-level candidates with 5 years of experience or recent graduates with strong documentation and analysis skills. Responsibilities and Duties: Track documentation deliverables, ensure completeness of design history files, review documents, and manage routing through SAP or other control systems. Support documentation including validation plans and FMEAs, communicate deadlines, prepare for reviews, and support project deliverables. Participate in project meetings, support cross-functional teams, contribute to quality improvements, and understand manufacturing processes, BOMs, and configuration management.
