Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced
SAP FICO Solution Architect
with strong S/4HANA expertise to join our team and work onsite at our client location in Boston. The ideal candidate will lead the design and delivery of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP FICO solution design and architecture in S/4HANA projects. Engage with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and requirements. Design and configure core FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA, Product Costing, and Profit Center Accounting. Oversee integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems. Provide functional leadership during project execution, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, training, and go-live support. Guide and mentor team members; ensure adherence to best practices. Work closely with technical teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to the client, delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within scope. Required Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations as a Solution Architect. Deep understanding of S/4HANA Finance innovations including Universal Journal, Central Finance, and New Asset Accounting. Proven ability to architect complex FICO solutions across global environments. Strong business acumen in finance and controlling processes. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills. Willingness and ability to work full-time from the client site in Boston. Employment Type:
