NPI Procurement Manager – Newly Created Role | Global Manufacturing Leader
We're seeking a
New Product Introduction (NPI) Procurement Manager
to drive the sourcing strategy for innovative new products from concept to launch. This hands-on, high-impact role will work across engineering, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure materials and components are sourced on time, on budget, and aligned with the company’s long-term procurement strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead procurement activities for new product initiatives across all four sites Collaborate closely with Engineering, influencing project outcomes from early design through launch Ensure supplier quality, cost, and delivery targets are met for all NPI programs Act as the supply chain voice in cross-functional project teams What We’re Looking For: Strong relationship-builder with Engineering; able to influence without direct authority Ideal background: Engineering experience transitioned into Supply Chain/Procurement Polished communicator who can effectively engage with senior leadership Individual contributor/project manager who thrives in a hands-on environment Why This Role?
