Oversee all phases of assigned construction projects (typically $20M-$100M+ in size), ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule targets are met Lead preconstruction efforts including budgeting, bidding, subcontractor selection, and value engineering Manage and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Engineers, and project support staff Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle Track and forecast project costs, manage change orders, and ensure accurate and timely project documentation Monitor field progress in coordination with the Superintendent to ensure efficient execution and alignment with project goals Proactively identify and resolve project risks and conflicts with internal and external stakeholders Drive team collaboration and uphold company values of ownership, quality, and accountability MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 5+ years of experience
in project management within commercial or multifamily construction Proven success delivering ground-up or large-scale renovation projects valued at
$20M+ Experience with
multifamily, mixed-use, commercial office, education, or government construction
strongly preferred Strong background in cost control, scheduling, team leadership, and client-facing communication Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field Stability and tenure with previous employers; candidates must demonstrate a consistent track record in similar roles What's on Offer
Base salary of $100,000-$130,000 , based on experience $900/month vehicle allowance Project-based bonuses , typically ranging from
$20K to $60K+
