Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with
API & Automation Testing. Familiarity with performance testing, security testing, and usability testing. Strong understanding of various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and their application to QA. Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.), and best practices across multiple projects. Define and drive the overall QA strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and product roadmaps. Establish and monitor key quality metrics and KPIs to measure and report on the effectiveness of QA efforts. Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex QA projects from inception to completion. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. •Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies, ensuring efficient utilization of resources. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among QA teams, development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of QA engineers, testers, and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of team members. Allocate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring optimal team productivity. Drive the adoption and optimization of test automation frameworks and tools
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
