*Sign-On Bonus Provided! We offer Psychiatrists: Flexible work schedules. Full-time and part-time options. 100% outpatient work—no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Hybrid model: Telemedicine and in-person flexibility. Generous above-market compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings. Sign-on bonus. Full benefits: health, dental, vision, life, 401k (with match), paid parental leave, holidays, EAP, and more. Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-level providers (optional). Collegial work environment. Modern offices and latest digital technology. Strong work/life balance. Long-term incentive stock awards. Estimated earnings: $230,000 to $345,000+ annually. Ideal candidates are: Fully licensed in one or more US states, BE/BC, with an unencumbered DEA license. Experienced in both medication management and therapy.
