Now Hiring: Experienced Punch Press Setup & Operator - 1st ShiftWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Punch Press Setup and Operator to join our team on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and operating punch press machines in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Set up punch press machines according to job specifications and blueprintsOperate punch presses to produce parts to exact tolerancesPerform routine quality checks and make necessary adjustmentsConduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as neededFollow all safety protocols and company proceduresRequirements:Minimum 2-5 years of experience in punch press setup and operationAbility to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailReliable work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredSchedule & Compensation:1st Shift: Monday-Friday - 5:00am - 2:00pm Competitive pay based on experienceFull benefits package available after probationary periodJoin a company that values your expertise and provides opportunities for growth.
