Job Description
We are seeking a Django/Python Developer for a 4-6 month contract with possible extensions. Responsibilities: Web/Application development and coding using Python, Django, and C++. Experience with Django, a high-level Python web framework, and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts using Python and C++. Developing web applications implementing Model View Controller architecture using Django and other web frameworks. Object-oriented analysis for server-side and front-end frameworks. Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum stories, and sprints. Working with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, including subqueries, stored procedures, triggers, cursors, and functions. Using Python ORM libraries, including Django ORM. Experience with GUI frameworks. Proficient in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, tables, views, triggers using relational databases like Oracle. Knowledge of testing tools. Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including requirements, architecture, test plans, and quality audits. Top 3 Technical Skills (must-have): Django Python Proficient in SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, tables, views, triggers in relational databases like Oracle. Desired Skills: Mentoring and training junior developers.
