Preferred Qualifications At least 2+ years of QA Testing and Automation experience Understanding of estimation methodologies and knowledge of quality processes Skills: Analytical abilities, strong technical skills, communication skills, ability to work with diverse stakeholders, people coordination, and strong domain knowledge in Life and P&C Insurance applications Strong automation expertise with hands-on scripting experience, assessment of automation requirements, building automation frameworks, and deriving ROI. Knowledge of automation tools like QTP, Selenium, etc., is essential. Analytical and communication skills Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate via telephone, email, or face-to-face is required. Travel may be necessary. Qualifications
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the field may substitute for each year of education.
