The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce applications, testing methodologies, and automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery. As a QA engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Software Technical data and automation processes in several environments. Your role will primarily involve owning the flow of data and managing integration testing, testing API levels, and conducting unit tests. Your future responsibilities will be more on the Salesforce side of the business as the team starts to integrate there. You will serve as the driver of the direction we take, using your knowledge data management, automation, and testing to suggest what works best and willing to try out solutions.What Youll Be Doing:1. Client Relationship Management (CRM) Support: Youll be tasked with release support, testing all features and enhancements, and performing data flow testing. Youll facilitate corrections or additions to data in the source system and manage alert issues and bulk alert loads. Youll also be responsible for user profile issue corrections and escalations.2. Universal Client Management (UCM) Support: This involves release support, testing all features and enhancements, and performing data flow testing. Youll monitor reports provided on data quality daily and facilitate corrections to data in the source system. Youll also investigate cross BU anomalies with other BU Data Admins.3. Automation Quality Assurance Testing: Youll ensure complete and accurate testing of automation releases, including regression testing, data flow testing, and new feature testing.Key Responsibilities:•Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other integrated solutions.•Analyze business requirements and create test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure full coverage.•Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce features and enhancements.•Develop and maintain automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, WebDriverIO, or Provar. •Utilize APEX test classes, SOQL queries, and APIs for backend validation.•Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, ALM, or other test management tools.•Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.•Implement CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated tests with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, or Bitbucket.•Maintain test environments and troubleshoot test failures in collaboration with development teams•Accountability and responsibility for data and processes that ensure effective control and use of data assets•Partner tightly with Analytics and business leaders to gain a deeper understanding of current reporting challenges and help build a cohesive vision that will deliver dependable and insightful reporting•Work with leaders to identify key metrics to measure their business success.
