Job Title: R&D Engineer - Senior Level
Project Scope:
The R&D Engineer will contribute to the Smartstick V5 project by enhancing software, fixing bugs, and laying the foundation for Smartstick V6. The position involves working on cross-functional project teams to deliver customer-driven solutions within a seasonal schedule.

The R&D Engineer will contribute to the Smartstick V5 project by enhancing software, fixing bugs, and laying the foundation for Smartstick V6. The position involves working on cross-functional project teams to deliver customer-driven solutions within a seasonal schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Develop, test, document, and maintain software solutions aligned with project timelines.
- Gain hands-on experience with field and lab equipment for R&D purposes.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols when working with shop equipment and respect for environmental guidelines.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for software development.
- Experience with microprocessor-related development .
- Ability to legally work in the U.S. without restrictions.
- Knowledge of safe practices around shop equipment and respect for the environment.
- Strong teamwork skills with a high level of respect for colleagues and stakeholders.
- Commitment to ethical and legal work practices.
- Experience with NVIDIA Jetson and GStreamer .
- Proficiency in C#.NET and Structured Text .
- Estimated 40 hours per week.
- Minimum 2 weeks from the date of acceptance.
