serving San Bernardino County. We specialize in short- and long-term care, rehabilitation, and respite services in a safe and welcoming environment. Our facility features spacious rooms, state-of-the-art equipment, and a dedicated team of professionals committed to helping residents regain independence and quality of life What You'll Do Lead and manage the rehabilitation department across all therapy disciplines Oversee therapy operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation standards, and productivity Foster a positive, growth-oriented culture within the rehab team What We're Looking For Licensed OT, COTA, PT, or SLP in California Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills A passion for patient care and team development What You'll Get Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits Supportive leadership and a collaborative team culture Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education The chance to lead in a facility that values compassion, integrity, and excellence Pay: From $90,000 per year +/ DOE Apply Today!
