Registered Nurse (Med-Surg) - Loan Forgiveness - Full Time, Nights (Culver City) . Job Description:
The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement a care plan for assigned patients, ensuring coordination among care providers. Performs nursing duties incorporating psychosocial, psychomotor, and cognitive skills to assess, plan, intervene, and advocate throughout the care continuum. Reassesses patient responses, outcomes, and discharge readiness, revising plans or making referrals as needed. Acts as a role model and mentor to new graduates, orientees, and support staff. Responsibilities include: Providing safe, effective patient care, administering medications, and recognizing clinical changes. Developing and reviewing care plans aligned with patient preferences and standards. Collaborating with healthcare team members, supervising care activities, and providing education and discharge planning. Communicating with compassion, respecting cultural and individual differences. Qualifications: Active, current RN license in California Graduate of an accredited nursing program AHA BLS certification Effective communication skills in English Availability for variable shifts, including nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing, recent acute care experience, bilingual skills, and specialty certifications. Pay Range:
Min $48.34 - Max $74.29 per hour Sign-on Bonus:
$20,000, available for eligible candidates with 1+ years of acute care RN experience, paid over 24 months. About Us:
