Director of Talent Acquisition at One Physics
We are currently searching for a board-certified medical dosimetrist to join our team. This is an hybrid (2 days onsite) role based in NYC covering 2 sites in Queens. The ideal candidate is proficient with Eclipse treatment planning system, as well as Aria record and verify system. What You’ll Do Develop radiation treatment plans with members of the radiation oncology team. Perform dosimetry activities to include contouring, deformable/rigid registrations, dose accumulation, treatment planning (3D, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, SRS), and treatment preparation. Treatment management for patients before, during and after treatment. Coordinate patient care with physician, physics, therapist, nursing, and administration staff. Advise radiation team members how beam modifying, or immobilization devices should be used in radiation treatments. Calculate or verify calculations of prescribed radiation doses. Define and record clinical site workflows. Perform additional duties, as needed. What You’ll Need CMD Certification by the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board. Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences / Medical Dosimetry or related field preferred. Experience with treatment planning software, Eclipse is preferred Experience with External Beam Planning, including conventional planning, 3D, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, SRS Knowledgeable in all aspects of radiation oncology. Ability to accurately delineate organs at risk and develop optimal treatment plans in accordance with the physician’s prescription and constraint form. Demonstrates interpersonal skills with all levels of the healthcare team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Works well independently and in team environments. Ability to stay focused and organized in a high-volume facility. Superior level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Maintains a positive and safe working environment for the customers serviced. Competitive compensation. PTO plan with paid company holidays.
