The Administrative Assistant will manage front-office operations, coordinate executive schedules, facilitate communications, and ensure the smooth daily operation of our corporate office. Answer and manage multi-line phone system, route calls and messages accurately and efficiently. Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls and appointments. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for management as needed. Organize and maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) with confidentiality and accuracy. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services. Assist with travel arrangements, meeting preparations, and special company events. Liaise between executives and staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Support office operations, including supply management and vendor coordination. Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion. Who You Are: 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, corporate receptionist, or high-level administrative role. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. Proficiency with Microsoft O
