Laboratory Application Support Specialist Contract Role, Onsite: Elmwood Park, NJ Tuesday Saturday, 6 PM2 AM Compensation:$20.00 hour Overview: Seeking a tech-savvy Application (LIS) Support Specialist to monitor networks, support biomedical systems, and troubleshoot clinical applications. You'll act as a liaison between IT and end users, for Lab application support, analyzing HL7 messages and escalating critical issues. Requirements: Bachelors in Biology, Bioinformatics, or related field Strong understanding of technical and biological systems Able to work independently on complex tasks and shift work Key Skills: Application and network monitoring HL7 medical message analysis Problem-solving and communication Familiarity with biomedical applications Laptop & phone provided Overtime potential Background check & Drug test required Seniority level
