Technology Leader
Georgia Pacific - Dixie is seeking a Site Technology Leader to be the primary IT point of contact at our Dixie Manufacturing facility in Jackson, TN. Primary focus will include IT oversight, support, communication, and knowledge sharing. A strong performer in this role will effectively apply our culture and PBM philosophy to: Drive Operational Excellence with clear focus on Safety and Value Creation Proactively identify improvement opportunities and system enhancements Partner with operations and business leaders to automate and optimize processes Managing internal and 3rd party infrastructure resources for delivery of critical site services Achieve superior results through innovation and the application of technology Collaborate with other Koch companies to foster and leverage common solutions, platforms, and applications. At least 3 years of experience working in IT or Engineering Experience with project management toolsets and successful execution Willing to travel up to 10-20% of the time 2 years+ of resource management or supervisory experience At Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.
