This position involves relationship management and business development with financial advisors in the Northwestern US. The role can be performed remotely in Oregon or Northern California, or from the Santa Monica office.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales activities and manage advisor relationships.
- Develop strategies to expand and retain advisor relationships.
- Educate advisors on investment theories and capital markets.
- Consult on building efficient practices for advisors.
- Present Dimensional's investment capabilities and philosophy.
- Implement tailored initiatives and support company goals.
- Represent the company and its investment approach in the industry.
- Drive revenue growth and increase assets under management.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of Dimensional’s investment philosophy.
- Strong sales skills and a network of fee-based financial advisors.
- 10+ years in the financial services industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Licenses: Series 7, Series 63/66, and SIE; to be obtained within 12 weeks if not already held.
The salary range is estimated at $155,000 - $185,000, plus bonuses. The role emphasizes a hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work and in-office collaboration.
