Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master with strong Rally/RTC Administrator experience to enhance the ARTs. This person will sit remote and will start off supporting other Scrum Masters with making the most of the RTC and Rally Platform. Key responsibilities include: Tool Administration & Reporting Administer and manage IBM Rational (RTC) or Rally toolsets at an advanced level. Create, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards using RTC and Rally. Extract and analyze data to support business decisions (e.g., velocity tracking, PI metrics). Integrate reporting outputs with tools like Power BI and Excel for real-time insights. Build and manage epics, stories, and project structures within Rally. Provide live data links and deep-dive reporting for ART-level metrics. Agile Coaching & Team Support Coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams beyond basic Kanban practices. Support the adoption and evolution of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices. Mentor teams on Agile principles, ceremonies, and continuous improvement. Help teams and leaders adapt to new tools and processes (SCP introduction, etc.). Provide relief and support to overburdened teams and Scrum Masters. Collaboration & Leadership Act as a bridge between Scrum Masters, RTEs, and leadership to ensure tool alignment. Identify and close gaps in tool usage and Agile practice understanding. Skills and requirements: Be proficient in RTC or Rally administration, including the ability to create, query, and export reports in various formats (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Understand how to build and manage epics, stories, and project structures within Rally, and generate metrics such as team velocity and PI performance. Have experience coaching beyond Kanban teams, with a focus on Agile principles, team dynamics, and continuous improvement. Be capable of independently managing a team while bridging gaps in tool knowledge, reducing reliance on RTEs for tool support. Support the adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, including coaching other Scrum Masters and teams through change and tool integration SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe SPC, SAFe Scrum Master). Experience with enterprise-level Agile transformations. Familiarity with SCP (Scaled Coaching Practices) or similar frameworks.
