Overview
Implement and execute customer service strategies aimed at driving retention, expansion, and satisfaction. Establish workflows that maximize efficiency and quality service. Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, customer-focused team, ensuring consistent customer experience across all locations within the wine segment. Serve as coach and mentor for Customer Service leaders, resolving customer conflicts, order challenges, and supporting career development. Monitor service metrics, ensure KPIs are met or exceeded, and provide coaching and training as needed. Develop strong relationships with internal customers to advocate for standardized processes that support excellent service while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of Customer Service leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to develop relationships with customers and internal partners. Extensive leadership and operational experience. Experience with manufacturing ERP systems, preferably Label Traxx and Radius. Client-driven orientation with a focus on service excellence.
