In this role, you'll work closely with customers to ensure their experience is a great one! From informing customers about products and services to maintaining the sales floor, you'll be a representative of our company the client can count on.Sales Associate ResponsibilitiesGreet customers as they enterAssist customers with any questions or concerns while shoppingInform customers about current deals or promotionsStay informed of current store offerings, including products and servicesOrganize and clean the sales floorMonitor inventory, restocking as neededEncourage customers to buy more productHit [weekly/monthly/quarterly] sales goalsOperate the cash register and balance drawersSales Associate RequirementsHigh school diplomaPrevious retail sales experience preferred but not requiredExcellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitudeSuperb attention to detail and multitasking skills in a fast-paced work environmentStrong communication skillsProfessional appearanceAvailability to work, nights, weekends, and/or holidaysPhysically able to move around for two or more hours and lift [25+] poundsBasic math skills
