As a Robotic Automation Specialist, you will drive innovative robotic solutions that may integrate with various equipment, ensuring seamless operations across projects. Your hands-on expertise will lead you through all project phases—from conceptualizing automated systems, managing budgets and timelines, to installation and ongoing process support.

Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop primarily robotic solutions to enhance safety and productivity across the Machine Division.
- Coordinate with vendors for quoting and sizing automated systems.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, ROI analysis, implementation, and documentation.
- Program and troubleshoot robotic systems while providing ongoing support.
- Design customized fixturing and workholding using Solid Edge software.
- Create necessary documentation for the manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate across all levels of the organization, including R&D, QA, and Production.
- Serve as a technical expert in robotics, mentoring team members in system intricacies.
- Embrace additional responsibilities as directed in line with the Company's 2025 Strategy.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with robotic systems; robotic welding experience is a plus.
- Strong abilities in conceptualizing and implementing automation solutions.
- Proficiency in advanced programming of Fanuc robots.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems using analytical approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CAD for designing components like fixturing.
- Adaptability to work with shop floor teams and adjust schedules as necessary.
- Strong data analysis skills to inform decision-making.
