This is a full-time position on the 1st shift, from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain ABB Robotics systems, field components, and chargers.
• Execute basic functional testing procedures for equipment.
• Perform timely preventive maintenance with thorough documentation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot automation issues by observing and monitoring equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-craft repair, specifically in robotic operations and maintenance.
• Proficiency with electrical, pneumatic, mechanical systems, and conveyor systems.
• The ability to read electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Skills:

• A degree in a related field or relevant technical vocational training.
• Repair experience with lighting, power distribution, drives, motors, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to:

• Lift and maneuver objects of varying weights and sizes.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods on various surfaces.
• Reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, and kneel.
• Tolerate diverse warehouse conditions, including temperature fluctuations.
