Role: ServiceNow Developer, Need W2 Candidates (H4EAD, L2EAD, OPT EAD or H1B Transfer)
Location: Frisco, TX Duration: Long term Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities: Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules and enhancements. Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external systems and third-party applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow workflows and processes, focusing on ITSM modules. Ensure compliance with development standards, best practices, and security guidelines. Participate in platform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities. Required Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory. 8+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform. Experience with Flow Designer and other automation capabilities. Good understanding of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM Implementation Specialist, Application Developer) are a plus. Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., CMDB, Asset, HR, SecOps) is advantageous. Seniority level
