Title: Locum Neurosurgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Location: Marshfield, WI Royal Surgical Associates is seeking a full-time locum tenens Neurosurgery APP to work with and support two surgeons with clinic, call and first assisting in surgery. RSA will accept candidates needing a state license. Start ASAP to January 2026 First Assisting Procedures:
craniotomy, craniectomy, spinal fusions, decompressive surgeries, and interventions for aneurysms, tumors, and nerve injuries. Duties:
surgical first assist; bedside procedures; rounding independently in all hospital units including NICU, PICU, Peds, ICU (surgical and medical), and general med/surg floor; hospital and ER/UC consults; clinic duties including outpatient consultations, post-operative/post-hospital patient care, fracture care, patient phone calls, medication refills, and FMLA documentation. Things to do in Marshfield : July through January in Marshfield, WI, the calendar is packed with must‑see community events—from summer staples like Dairyfest, Hub City Days, outdoor band concerts, motor races, and county fairs (complete with the iconic Round Barn) to autumn highlights such as the Maple Fall Fest, Farmer’s Market and Harvest Moon events.
