The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PPDS solutions that align with our client's business needs. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and detailed scheduling processes. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PPDS solutions. • Configure and customize SAP PPDS in S/4HANA or APO environments. • Design and implement planning strategies (Heuristics, Optimizer, and PP/DS functionalities). • Integrate PPDS with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and APO. • Set up Master Data for PPDS (Product, Resource, PDS, PPM, Work Center). • Implement CIF (Core Interface) between ECC and APO or within S/4HANA for PPDS. • Support the development of planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs. • Participate in full-cycle implementation, including blueprinting, testing, training, and go-live support. • Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day support to end users. • Conduct workshops and training sessions for key users and stakeholders. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PPDS (preferably on S/4HANA). • Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP, finite scheduling, capacity planning, pegging, and planning heuristics. • Experience in CIF, Master Data setup (PDS/PPM), and planning books. • Understanding of integration with SAP ECC modules and APO. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. ________________________________________ Preferred Skills: • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded PPDS. • Familiarity with SAP IBP is a plus. • ABAP debugging knowledge is an advantage. • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
