Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) professional with extensive experience in design, configuration, and integration with FI, SD, and/or BRIM. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, revenue recognition, and accounting concepts, along with demonstrated project leadership skills. This role requires excellent communication abilities and a focus on delivering solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Responsibilities: Design and configure SAP RAR solutions, ensuring seamless integration with FI, SD, and/or BRIM modules. Lead and participate in two full life cycle implementations of the SAP RAR module, including RAR migration projects. Develop and implement solutions for order-to-cash processes, SD/FICO module integration, BRIM processes, IFRS 16, COPA, and revenue recognition. Utilize knowledge of BRF+ to enhance solution design and configuration. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver detailed designs aligned with industry best practices. Two full life cycle implementation experiences with the SAP RAR module, including RAR migration.
In-depth understanding of order-to-cash processes, SD/FICO module integration, BRIM processes, IFRS 16, COPA, and revenue recognition.
Knowledge of BRF+ is highly desired.
Proven project leadership skills with a focus on delivering detailed designs aligned with industry best practices.
Prior experience in high-tech or software industries with a solid understanding of accounting concepts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare business and functional requirements, management-level presentations, and proposals.
Experience in S/4 HANA is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CPA, or CPA equivalent is preferred.

Pay Range: $80- $85
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
