SAP FICO Architect HOUSTON TX- onsite- 100% Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect with deep expertise in S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of end-to-end financial processes, ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules and with external systems. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and consultants to deliver scalable, high-performing, and compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions on S/4HANA. Define and govern the SAP FICO architecture and roadmap. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Oversee the configuration of key FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO (CCA, PCA, COPA, Internal Orders, Product Costing). Drive integration with other SAP modules: MM, SD, PP, and non-SAP systems. Provide leadership in data migration, system testing, and cutover strategies. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders for successful delivery. Ensure compliance with financial regulations (GAAP, IFRS, SOX, etc.). Guide development of RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows). Support end-user training and documentation. Stay updated on SAP innovations, especially related to S/4HANA Finance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT. 10+ years of SAP FICO experience including at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations. Deep understanding of financial business processes and best practices. Experience in Central Finance (optional but preferred). Proficiency in S/4HANA features like Universal Journal, Business Partner, and FIORI apps. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. Preferred Qualifications: SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance. Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAC, or Group Reporting.
