We are seeking an experienced
SAP Supply PR/MM Consultant
specializing in
SAP S/4 HANA
with deep expertise in
Procure to Pay (P2P)
business processes. The selected specialist will support the analysis, design, implementation, and optimization of procurement and materials management functions for our business operations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, define, and document procurement (PR - Purchase Requisition) and materials management (MM) process requirements within SAP S/4 HANA. Configure, customize, and implement SAP MM and P2P solutions, including purchasing, inventory management, and logistics invoice verification. Design and optimize end-to-end SAP Procure to Pay processes, ensuring integration with finance (FI), logistics, and supplier management modules. Participate in full lifecycle SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects—from requirement gathering, solution design, testing, user training, to go-live support. Monitor and troubleshoot SAP MM/P2P system issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements as necessary. Lead user training sessions and develop training materials/documentation for procurement and MM processes. Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements throughout all SAP-related activities. Liaise with ABAP and technical teams for enhancements, interface development, and process automation. Core Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an SAP MM or SAP P2P Consultant, including hands-on exposure to SAP S/4 HANA. Proven expertise implementing and supporting SAP Procure to Pay cycle, with a focus on indirect and direct procurement, stock transfer orders, vendor and invoice management. Strong knowledge of SAP MM configuration, business partner setup, pricing, enterprise structure, and integration with other SAP modules (FI, SD, WM/EWM). Experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA projects is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to gather, document, and validate business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Strong stakeholder management and end-user support skills. Desired Skills SAP certification in MM or S/4 HANA is an advantage. Familiarity with FIORI UI/apps and integration with non-SAP systems. Good understanding of supply chain business models and agile implementation methodologies. Experience with SAP Ariba or other procurement cloud solutions is a plus. Seniority level
