Job Description Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP SD/OTC Consultant. This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be involved in business process consulting, defining problems, proposing solutions, and playing a key role in development, configuration, and deployment of solutions. You will guide teams on project processes, contribute to proposal development, client training, internal capability building, and help define project scope. This role offers the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that help clients adapt to the changing global landscape. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to candidates with three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education. At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology. Location: Irving, TX. Preferred Qualifications At least 11 years of experience in configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, development, and deployment. At least 4 years of SAP project implementation experience in SAP OTC and integration with other process areas. Experience with at least two end-to-end implementation projects, including at least one as Solution Architect, preferably at a client location. At least 6 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, including problem definition, architecture, design, and detailing of processes. Involvement in business process design and analysis for SAP OTC module related to sales order processing, delivery, and invoicing. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop appropriate system solutions. Mapping client requirements, processes, and objectives; developing product modifications as needed. Proactive approach to project execution, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams. Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members. Providing ad-hoc training and designing functional specifications for reports, interfaces, and workflows. Configuring and customizing SAP OTC module to meet business needs. Documenting functional designs, test cases, and results. Supporting SAP OTC implementations, including testing and troubleshooting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for system integration. Developing and delivering end-user training materials. Assisting in project planning and timelines for SAP SD tasks. The role involves working at a computer for extended periods and may require travel as per job requirements.
