Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in SAP transformations to support a global healthcare devices/life sciences client. This role will lead SAP transformation initiatives, overseeing the transition from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing large-scale SAP projects, coordinating technical workstreams, and engaging with executive leadership to drive business value. Key Responsibilities
Manage the technical SAP workstream, coordinating SAP assessment and transformation strategies from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA. Oversee SAP transformation projects, providing key metrics and reporting to executive leadership. Work closely with executive-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk. Proactively track project execution, manage change, resolve roadblocks, and remove obstacles to ensure project success. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and third-party vendors. Maintain expertise in program management methodologies, business processes, and technical areas. Contribute to best practices in program management methods and tools. Identify and address gaps in the product development lifecycle with a detail-oriented approach. Required Qualifications
Strong experience managing SAP transformation projects, particularly SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA. Proven track record in technical project management, specifically in SAP implementations. Experience working with executive-level leadership and managing stakeholder relationships. Expertise in program management methodologies and tools. Ability to work in dynamic environments and drive complex initiatives to completion. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
