Requirements Perform Software Systems Engineering for development and sustainment phases related to mission planning software supporting aircraft and weapons systems. Evaluate the impact of new capabilities/hardware/software on system requirements and mission performance. Develop, review, and comment on H-60 software requirements during project phases, including trade-off studies and system analyses. Provide recommendations on human systems engineering. Experience with DOD Systems Engineering Technical Reviews, Systems Software, Systems-of-Systems engineering, model-based systems engineering, and systems safety & reliability is desired. Strong communication, presentation, critical thinking, and reasoning skills are required. Experience with Mission Planning Software, DOORS, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, and agile development is highly desired. Minimum Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in a Technical Discipline and at least 10 years of Systems Engineering experience supporting DoD aircraft, weapons, or mission systems, including hardware/software design, development, integration, and testing.
