SQL DBA Admin - REMOTE CONTACT - 1 YEAR PLUS
As a database administrator specializing in Microsoft SQL, you will manage and secure database technology to support our Aerospace client. You will develop and contribute to procedures ensuring database security and integrity, utilizing technology and tools to identify issues and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical environment. The client seeks a proactive individual with an agile mindset. Responsibilities include: Managing and securing SQL Server databases Developing procedures for database security and integrity Identifying problem areas and opportunities for improvement Collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot database issues Managing monthly deployments You Have: 5+ years of professional experience 4+ years of experience as a Microsoft SQL Server Database Administrator Knowledge of data management, permissions, recovery, security, and monitoring Ability to debug database issues and work with development teams Experience creating views and stored procedures Bachelors degree in Information Technology Nice If You Have: Experience with Azure and managing SQL Server instances on Azure Experience writing SQL queries to gather information from SQL Server databases Master's degree in Information Technology MCSA Database Administration Certification MCSE Database Management and Analytics Professional Certification
