Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced

Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Developer

with strong expertise in

Oracle HCM and ERP Cloud

modules. This role demands a hands-on professional who understands HCM functional processes, Oracle Cloud data structures, and can develop data pipelines and custom reports using SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle FDI/FAW tools

Important Note: We cannot consider resumes without hands-on Oracle HCM experience.

Candidates must demonstrate experience in working with Oracle HCM Cloud data and tables.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ETL pipelines from Oracle HCM/ERP to Oracle FDI/FAW. Understand and map Oracle HCM Cloud tables for Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management. Write complex SQL and PL/SQL to extract, transform, and load data into Oracle FDI. Work with business and reporting teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable FDI solutions. Configure and customize semantic models, dashboards, KPIs, and BI Publisher reports in Oracle FAW. Participate in design reviews, data validation, testing, and performance tuning.

Required Skills:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle FDI or FAW Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud is mandatory (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.) Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning Experience building ETL data pipelines and working with BICC extracts Experience developing in Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI Experience working in Oracle Cloud ERP environments (Finance or HCM) Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud data models and reporting strategies
