Job Overview Regeneron is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated Technical Product Manager with HCM technical solutions capabilities and systems/software expertise to support both US and ex-US countries. This role requires skills in HCM product design, technical solutions, in-depth technical knowledge, and integration of the product/software being implemented. You will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure project requirements are met, technical designs are solid, and delivery is on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and communicate clear business requirements. Translate requirements into innovative system design solutions. Document and socialize designs with technical teams to align on approach and strategy. Collaborate with technical teams to expedite system development and address gaps. Ensure thorough testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, with proper documentation. Serve as a conduit between functional owners and development teams. Update project teams on status, risks, and issues; contribute to project planning and deployment strategies. Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues under pressure. Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 8+ years of HR experience as a technical lead and systems analyst. Solid experience with core HR processes and multi-platform technology support. 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, etc.) and Boomi iPaaS. Experience with Workday modules such as Recruiting, HCM, Compensation, Performance, and others. Experience with cloud applications like ServiceNow is a plus. Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and facilitate testing phases. Additional Details This role requires a minimum of 3 days onsite work. The salary range is $132,400 - $216,000 annually. The position is full-time at a mid-senior level in the Biotechnology industry.
