Deliver high-touch support and ensure successful activation and training
Partner with internal teams to track customer progress and address any blockers
Assist in delivering and interpreting data reports and research findings
Help develop scalable resources, playbooks, and internal documentation
What We’re Looking For: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Comfort with data and the ability to interpret and communicate insights
A passion for helping others succeed and delivering white-glove support
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a customer-facing or client support role (e.g., customer success, account management, onboarding, consulting)
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Intercom, or CRM systems
Interest in technology, startups, data, or VC ecosystems

Project Management: You can juggle priorities and keep workflows on track
