HPE is seeking a SaaS Go-To-Market Data Analyst (Software-as-a-Service) with cloud and on-premises knowledge. Including understanding as-a-service dynamic pricing strategies, regulation requirements, certifications and the master data structure required to successfully stand-up new solutions for introduction to the competitive market. The Data Analyst leads logistics for Product Line Managers (PLM), staging go-to-market deliverables and managing related changes until solutions are available for sale on the HPE Networking corporate pricelist. The Data Analyst will ensure pre-launch activities, SKU master data structure, hierarchy placement and product naming are compliant and complete in line with x-functional dependencies and launch timelines. Continuing to ensure uninterrupted data integrity throughout the lifecycle of each Networking solution type: SaaS, NaaS and GreenLake. Conduct process analysis across complex data sets, implement structural improvement plans for Operations. With special attention on product lifecycle management formulate a cohesive plan for as-a-service products to ensure product types within a solution align with a unified end of sale transition plan. Track new tool related development, and PLM participation requirements. Represent PLM on projects and participate in requirement building and testing as needed. With a broad perspective and fore thought share ideas across teams, processes and tools. Make a positive impact and bring fresh perspectives to the team. Responsibilities
Providing logistical support and assistance with go-to-market deliverables for new as-a-service solution introductions Plan and create detailed workable MOC for SaaS related support functions Establishes robust communication plan between PLM Operations and Product Line Management teams Develops management of change models, participate in program evaluations, create retrospectives Develop process for identifying and addressing gaps in support for product teams Proactively leads cross-functional discussions related to as-a-service lifecycle management Knowledge and Skills
Strong business acumen and technical knowledge of configurable and pre-configured as-a-services solutions and pricing models Clearly understand the use case and benefits of both cloud-based and on-premise SaaS solutions Strong project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives Excellent relationship management skills, including partnering closely with teammates Analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly summarize impact alerts when delays occur Extensive knowledge and understanding of HPE business as well as master data and quoting systems (SAP, SFDC, SharePoint, CRM) Education and Experience Required
6+ years work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent. Additional Skills
