Sales Manager Overview We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support top-of-funnel sales efforts through proactive lead generation and qualification. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the broader sales team in achieving growth targets. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are comfortable initiating conversations, managing high-volume outreach, and working toward measurable goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Initiate outbound communication via phone, email, and CRM to identify and qualify potential business leads Conduct market research to identify key prospects and decision-makers within target industries Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM systems Collaborate with account executives to schedule introductory meetings and ensure smooth hand-offs Manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities and meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach goals Provide feedback on outreach strategies and assist in refining lead generation best practices Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or related roles Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across various industries Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent) Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in business development or inside sales Familiarity with outbound prospecting platforms and lead generation tools Interest or experience in creative services, printing, or marketing solutions What We Offer Base salary with performance-based commissions Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and paid time off Opportunities for internal advancement and career development Dynamic and supportive team environment Exposure to high-profile projects and clients across various industries #IPRO Benefits : Use this link
