We are seeking a motivated sales focused Recruiter who will sit in the Central/Pacific time zone to cover our west coast needs. You will support our Central and West Coast sales team by sourcing, interviewing and hiring territory/field sales representatives.

What You Bring
Daily use of Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed and developing a referral network
Manage and maintain Greenhouse ATS and assigned territory openings
Partner with the Regional VP during the rigid sourcing cycle
Develop a robust Sales pipeline using the Greenhouse CRM
Partner with HR Onboarding Specialist on new hire processing and orientation
What you have:
2 years minimum in Agency and or Corporate environment focusing on Sales positions
Bachelor's Degree, or Associates
Experience with an ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and/or Lever
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
Bilingual Skills required: English and Spanish verbal communication skills in both languages
