We are part of the Sales Technology team within Global Sales Operations, aiming to deliver top-tier products and data solutions to enhance Amazon Advertising Sales team effectiveness worldwide. We build sales enablement products for the Amazon Advertising front-line sales team, ensuring they have all necessary information about customers and their potential to up-sell at their fingertips, minimizing inefficiencies. Amazon Advertising is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer interested in revolutionizing customer relationship management (CRM) for the Ads Sales team. This role involves ownership of end-to-end product and feature development, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, project management, and development at scale. The ideal candidate has experience building CRM products and APIs from scratch with minimal guidance. Key Responsibilities Build solutions in leveraging , VisualForce, APEX, Lightning Web Components, Web Services, and APIs. Own all aspects of architecture, design, development, security, best practices, integration, deployment (CI/CD), release architecture, and automation testing. Support cross-systems integrations across Salesforce and other cloud technologies including AWS. Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that support business needs, enhance user experience, and generate business value. Participate in planning and analyzing requirements for system enhancements, translating them into well-architected solutions. Identify opportunities to leverage in innovative ways to improve processes and support rapid scaling. Basic Qualifications Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust. Experience automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure. Experience with Linux/Unix systems. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build processes.
