Overview
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with experience in Salesforce Service Cloud to oversee the successful delivery of projects from a technical standpoint. The role involves daily triage of development and testing progress against set timelines, participating in technical conversations with client stakeholders, and understanding technical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project functions for large programs, including planning, risk and issue management, trade-offs, and execution. Create, maintain, and disseminate project information to stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with customers and technical staff across different geographical locations to define and deliver complex features. Interpret ambiguity, secure buy-in from stakeholders, and communicate what is feasible within Salesforce and technology in general.
